Refund policy
While we are confident you will be pleased with our Color X-Change products, we will honor a return of product under the following terms and conditions:
Within 30 days of receipt of the product shipped, you may return any portion of your order. Please call our offices at 1-317-982-1274 to receive a Return Authorization number.
Once the returned product is received, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the returned product purchase price. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping the original order. However, if we made a mistake in your order, we will credit your credit card for the original shipping charges and incur the shipping charges to return the product to our warehouse.
PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN
- Please be sure the returned product is packed securely and that all caps are tightly screwed on.
- Affix a shipping label with the Return Authorization number clearly visible and ship returned product, at your expense, to:
