Shipping policy

 

Orders are typically processed for shipment from our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse within 4 business days after receipt. The warehouse is open and processing orders Monday through Friday, and closed holidays and weekends. Orders may be delayed in the event of peak periods, natural disasters, inclement weather, or other unforeseen delays outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Color X-Change offers FREE standard ground shipping for orders over $25 shipped to the U.S. (contiguous states)! No code is needed and is applicable to orders over $25 after all other discounts have been applied.

Expedited Orders

With our central US location, typical shipping transit times are 3 to 6 days. If you would like your order expedited and choose an expedited shipping option, please be aware that transit time listed is after your product ships. We will attempt to process expedited orders within one business day, however if ordering on a weekend or holiday, this timing could be extended. Color X-Change is not responsible for delays in shipping on expedited orders once they have left our facility.

US Mail

Standard shipping methods include UPS and FedEx. If choosing to deliver to a P.O. Box, please choose US Mail at the time of checkout. Note that Color X-Change is not responsible for any extended delays when shipping via US Mail. It has been noted that delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days for delivery.

International Orders

International and Canadian customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. Please email help@colorx-change.com if you have specific questions about international shipping charges or policies.
